Orders

  1. All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm during our working hours.
  2. Prices are strictly non-negotiable.
  3. All orders and prices are calculated based on Singapore currency (SGD). For international orders, price conversions are pegged to prevailing exchange rates stated by Singapore banking and financial institutions.
  4. Please note that payment verification will occur within the time span of 3-5 working days.
  5. All payments are to be made within 24 hours.
  6. Received orders are strived to be shipped to customers as quickly as possible. We regret to inform that we are unable to cancel customer orders once it has been placed.
  7. Do check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction before order confirmation and payment. As we strive to process and ship every order to you at the shortest time, we regret to inform that we are unable to change orders submitted.

Shipping


Local

  1. A shipping fee may be applied if your total purchase is below a certain amount.
  2. Free local shipping is currently available for orders above $100.
  3. All deliveries will be attempted within 3 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you.
  4. Additional charges apply when shipping to following areas: Changi Airport Cargo (FTZ), Sentosa, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA (Restricted), Shipyard, Mindef/Army Camps/Ministry/DSTA/Embassy

International

  1. A shipping fee may be applied if your total purchase is below a certain amount.
  2. All deliveries will be attempted within 5 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you

Returns & Refund

  1. All returns are to be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
  2. All requests will be processed within 2-3 working days, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm during our working hours.
  3. Refund is currently only valid for regular-priced items. No refund for sales items.
  4. All returns will be screened through thoroughly upon reaching our warehouse.
  5. For returns which are successfully processed, the refund will be made via Shop Credit within 7 working days.
  6. The value of the Shop Credit will be the paid price of the return item(s) in Singapore currency (SGD). Shop Credit refunds for international purchases are pegged to prevailing exchange rates stated by Singapore banking and financial institutions.
  7. Shop Credit is non-exchangeable for cash.
  8. Shop credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Any unused Shop Credit will be forfeited upon expiration.

  10. Arch Angel reserves the right to offer refund based on our sole discretion.

Exchange

  1. All exchanges are to be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
  2. All requests will be processed within 2-3 working days, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm during our working hours.
  3. Exchange is currently only valid for regular-priced items. No exchange for sales items.
  4. Exchange product(s) must be in the original purchase condition as received, including original product packaging.
  5. Exchange is currently valid for Singapore orders only. All international exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability. In the event that the exchange request could not be acceded to, a refund will be made via Shop Credit within 7 working days.
  7. The value of the Shop Credit will be the paid price of the return item(s) in Singapore currency (SGD). Shop Credit refunds for international purchases are pegged to prevailing exchange rates stated by Singapore banking and financial institutions.
  8. Shop Credit is non-exchangeable for cash.

  11. As all items remain in customer’s care until it reaches our warehouse, please take extra caution to send them back securely packed and via registered mail, or a trusted courier.
  12. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable state, without original tags and packaging, or not in the original condition, we may have to send it back to customer.
  13. All postal fees and custom charges are borne by the customer. Please always keep your postal service’s receipts and take note of all tracking numbers.
