Shipping and Delivery

Processes

  • All orders will be processed within 2 working days, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm during our working hours.

  • Prices are strictly non-negotiable.

  • All orders and prices are calculated based on Singapore currency (SGD). For international orders, price conversions are pegged to prevailing exchange rates stated by Singapore banking and financial institutions.

  • Please note that payment verification will occur within the time span of 3-5 working days.

  • All payments are to be made within 24 hours.

  • Received orders are strived to be shipped to customers as quickly as possible. We regret to inform that we are unable to cancel customer orders once it has been shipped.

  • Do check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction before order confirmation and payment. We regret to inform that we are unable to change orders once it has been shipped.

  • The Company reserves the right to stop any Products in transit, suspend further deliveries to the Customer and/or terminate orders with immediate effect by written notice to the Customer on or at any time after the occurrence of any of the following events:

    • The Products in the order being unavailable for any reason

    • The Customer passing a resolution for its winding up or a court of competent jurisdiction making an order for the Customer’s winding up or dissolution

    • The making of an administration order in relation to the Customer or the appointment of a receiver over an encumbrancer taking possession of or selling any of the Customer’s assets; or

    • The Customer making an arrangement or composition with its creditors generally or applying to a Court of competent jurisdiction for protection from its creditors

    Fees

    Local Delivery

    • A shipping fee may be applied if your total purchase is below a certain amount.

    • Free local shipping is currently available for orders above $50.

    • All deliveries will be attempted within 3 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you.

    • Additional charges apply when shipping to following areas: Changi Airport Cargo (FTZ), Sentosa, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA (Restricted), Shipyard, Mindef/Army Camps/Ministry/DSTA/Embassy


    International Shipping

    • All shipping fees are based on the volumetric weight or weight of the order.

    • All tax duties are to be borne by the customer. This amount will not be reflected on the checkout page. 

    • All deliveries will be attempted within 5 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you.

    The story behind our business

    Our journey into the world of foot care began with a painful step. Thankfully, we met many along our way who contributed to our search for solutions – podiatrists, health & wellness coaches, skillful craftsmen, and others who shared their experience with foot pain.The more we learnt, the more we realised the importance of good shoes and proper foot care.
